Dear Barcelona Day Tours We had our tour of Barcelona on Sunday and it was perfect. The whole family would like to thank your company, and particularly Juan our guide, for a great day. Your website is informative and easy to use. The bookings procedure was straightforward with prompt replies to e-mails. We were met at the port with no hassle and got straight into our comfortable minibus including child seat. Juan knew just where to take us to suit our family but we also had the flexibility of adding our own suggestions and spent some time in the Aquarium. He managed to park right outside everything we needed to see. What a beautiful city Barcelona is. We want to come back and spend some more time at each of the places we visited. The price of the tour was only slightly more than it would have cost for the five of us to join a (shorter) post cruise tour and airport transfer offered by the cruise company. As it was we had a tailor-made hassle-free perfectly timed tour for our family. Juan was relaxed, efficient and informative and hit just the right tone for us. Thank you for a great service. I wanted to write and thank
you and your guide for a marvelous time. My husband and I were on a day
tour of Barcelona on August 19. It was raining and lightning early that
morning and I called you from our ship, the Disney Magic. You graciously
explained that the weather was due to improve and the tour would go on
as scheduled. We met our guide at the Placa de Catalunya and I wish I
could recall his name. He was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable.
I do recall that he was a writer. He did a fantastic job and we covered
more of the city than we imagined. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend
your company to anyone, especially those on cruise ships. It

I just wanted you to know how happy I was with all the tours. The Flamenco dinner was excellent. It was one of the girls birthday's and the waiter made a big deal with her. the dinner and show were excellent. Armando was great on the city tour. The gals loved him and Leslie was terrific. Having an American guide was great, not just because of the language barriers, we got the inside scoop on the cultural differences because she was living them. I was disappointed the choir wasn't there, but nothing we can do about that. Saturday was the only day we could have seen them either week and they weren't there. Everyone loved Montserrat. We were pretty toured out by this time, but it was beyond our expectations and worth seeing. We even got to sit through a wedding. Thank you for all you assistance. If I ever get a chance, I will definitely recommend your company.

Hello, We were very pleased with our one day tour of Barcelona and Montserrat. It was very hectic but we liked it and got to see everything that we wanted to. We have never taken a private day tour before in any of the other cities that we have visited. I must say that we really enjoyed having the private tour because we were able to stay in places just as long as we wanted. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was wonderful to be picked up at our hotel and dropped off there at the end of the day. We appreciated the promptness of the guide as well. There was no need to wait until she showed up and we value people who are on time. We would certainly recommend your company to anyone going to Barcelona. Your web site was easy to find and easy to navigate. There was no problem giving the deposit. If there is anything that we can complain about, it was having to pay cash at the end of the tour. You might have mentioned it in your e-mail to me when confirming the tour but I honestly can't remember that part so it was a bit of a shock to be told that we had to pay in cash. Luckily, for us and you, we had brought along our debit bank card otherwise I don't know what we would have done. We just assumed that we could pay with our credit card. Just make sure that people know this before hand. The van that was used to transport us around Barcelona was very comfortable and easy to access. Our driver was excellent, especially navigating the mountain terrain on the way to and from Montserrat. We give the whole day experience a 10. We hope that your young daughter enjoyed her time away in the country and that she was able to get rid of her eye infection in time to go. Sincerely, The Soiferman Family
