Celebration “We
arrived the night before the cruise and stayed at the Regincia Colon
Hotel. This was a reasonable hotel with a great location, breakfast was
also included in the price. I traveled with my family and this cruise will
always be very special to me. I booked transfers and a 5 hour tour with a
Barcelona Day Tours, they were amazing. On time at the airport, returned
to the hotel for a 5 hour tour, transferred us the next day to the ship
and then picked us up at the ship for our flight home. I plan on writing a
letter to them to tell them how much we enjoyed our tour.

"I am pleased with your exceptional service during our stay in Barcelona. Your drivers from the time we landed in Barcelona, the 5 hour tour and the transportation to the ship and back to the airport was absolutely the best service. I am so happy I chose your company for my tour not only did he show us the beautiful city of Barcelona, he gave us information on restaurants and basic information about the city. The person who picked us up at the airport, and our return to the airport was just as wonderful. "Dear Barcelona Day Tours We had our tour of Barcelona on Sunday and it was perfect. The whole family would like to thank your company, and particularly Juan our guide, for a great day. Your website is informative and easy to use. The bookings procedure was straightforward with prompt replies to e-mails. We were met at the port with no hassle and got straight into our comfortable minibus including child seat. Juan knew just where to take us to suit our family but we also had the flexibility of adding our own suggestions and spent some time in the Aquarium. Having an American guide was great, not just because of the language barriers, we got the inside scoop on the cultural differences because she was living them. I was disappointed the choir wasn't there, but nothing we can do about that. Saturday was the only day we could have seen them either week and they weren't there. Everyone loved Montserrat. Your web site was easy to find and easy to navigate. There was no problem giving the deposit. If there is anything that we can complain about, it was having to pay cash at the end of the tour. You might have mentioned it in your e-mail to me when confirming the tour but I honestly can't remember that part so it was a bit of a shock to be told that we had to pay in cash. Luckily, for us and you, we had brought along our debit bank card otherwise I don't know what we would have done. We just assumed that we could pay with our credit card. Just make sure that people know this before hand. The van that was used to transport us around Barcelona was very comfortable and easy to access. Our driver was excellent, especially navigating the mountain terrain on the way to and from Montserrat. We give the whole day experience a 10. returned from three weeks in the Mediterranean-we started out trip in Barcelona
for four days and spent three of those days with Barcelona Day Tours-on
all three tours the driver/guide was tremendous-driving skills and excellent
knowledge of the area. We were able to spend extra time at places we
wanted (we were traveling with four others), and the recommendations for
dinning, (lunch and dinner) provided by our guide, Carlos, was one of the
highlight of or time in Barcelona. The tours were informative and well
planned out and we did not feel rushed or on a tight schedule.
Carlos went out of his way to make special accommodations for my wife, who was
walking with a cane because of impending foot surgery when we returned home. We have traveled extensively and I can say these were some of the best tours we have taken and would recommend Barcelona Day Tours to anyone." Nancy and
