Do I have to pay for the tour in advance?
No. You only need to pay a 30 Euros deposit to secure your booking. The balance is due on the day of the tour.
Can you pick me up in town or just at the hotel?
On our small group tours, we can arrange to pick you up at your hotel and for private tours at the port, or airport. If you prefer to be picked-up in town, we recommend meeting at the Hard Rock Cafe on the south corner of Plaza de Catalunya and right next to La Rambla's top end. Its very easy to find and everyone you ask will be able to direct you there without much difficulty.
Can you drop me off at the Airport after the tour?
Only if you go o a private tour, we can drop you off anywhere in town or at the Airport. Please mention that in your email or booking form.
Which are the "must see attractions" in Barcelona?
The best way to see all the "must see attractions" of Barcelona and the rest of Catalunya is by going on our City Tour and Montserrat & Cava tour. In 2 days you cover all the major attractions in the city and surroundings - we highly recommend this option if you are only staying for a short while. For details please see our itineraries.
We are a group of colleagues coming down to Barcelona for a few days, can we travel in a group together?
Yes you can. If you are 8 or less we can accommodate you in a Mercedes minivan. If you are more than 8 we can arrange a minibus or large bus to accommodate your group.
Is the Flamenco & Dinner event in the same venue or do I have to go to 2 different places?
The Flamenco and Dinner night takes place in one venue. There is a special dinning room for the buffet and another hall for the show. This is a highly recommended event.
Do you charge extra for booking the Flamenco & Dinner show?
No. The prices are the same through us or the organizers. This is a special service to our tour guests.
Does the Flamenco cost include transportation?
Sorry, no. The official price we charge for the show and dinner doesn't include transportation. However we can arrange transfer to the venue at extra cost. Please contact us for more details.
